Year End Campaign-Give!Guide has officially launched
The wait is over—Give!Guide has officially launched!
Chess for Success supports chess clubs in schools in Oregon, SW Washington, and Hawaii, helping students learn important life skills and do better academically.
Bring this safe and inclusive after-school program to your school or community center by starting the process below.
Chess for Success consistently strives to expand our reach each year. Our primary focus is on supporting Title 1 and rural programs, as we believe this approach maximizes our positive influence within the communities we serve.
However, we remain open to forming new partnerships and encourage schools and families to reach out if they are interested in bringing our programming to their area. Your input is invaluable to us as we aim to broaden our impact.
Please feel free to get in touch if you'd like to see our programs extended to your region.
If you are a school wanting our program, then please use the School Application.
If you are a parent wanting our programming please use the Refer Your School Application.
If you have any questions, feel free to send us an email on our contact form.
To run our programs successfully requires funding. While we would love to establish chess clubs in every interested school, our ability to provide free programs is limited. Therefore, we cannot guarantee funding availability for schools. However, if funding is not available but a school still desires our programming, we do offer a paid program option. This paid program can be funded by the school itself, other afterschool programming services, the PTA, or individual parents.
The overall cost of running a club varies based on factors such as number of students and whether a coach is paid or a volunteer (whom we will still train and support). If you are interested in a paid program, please reach out to us at info@chessforsuccess.org.
