We maintain these records for the use of Chess for Success only and in connection with the purposes for which you provided it, e.g. events, donations, newsletter, demographics reports, funding requests etc.
These records are maintained in password protected third party platforms including Bloomerang, Instrumentl, Quickbooks, CampsEz and Paypal. Records containing personal information may also be stored on our password protected google drive, organizational email accounts or in the case of physical records, locked file cabinets in the ED’s office. Standard web server traffic pattern information, general traffic, site usage and length of stay information is collected. This type of information is used to help Chess for Success improve the functionality of our web site and such information is not linked to individual visitors.
